Built with the tradtional gray stone, Villa Cardine is completely immersed in silence, far from any intruding noises. There are many places to lay out and get sun, or relax with a good book, for the children to run around and play and there is a super size covered terrace for those afternoon picnics.

Here you will find 6 large bedrooms, 5 with double beds and one with singles. Each bedroom has its own personal flavor, the main bedroom with a beautiful 4 poster bed and a warm wood beam ceiling. And a room with two twins with a lovely restored stone wall, great for kids or young adults. You'll find these large bedrooms comfortable and filled with natural light. There is space for up to 12+2 persons. There are in total 7 bathrooms with shower and/or tub.ù
The main living area is over 50 square meters large and has an original antique fireplace, just like the ones used to cook dinner and lunch in the old days. This room is very characteristic of the rustic Tuscan style, with the stone walls, the large beam ceilings and the terracotta floor. The owner has left their mark with personal touches, paintings, ceramics and cozy throw pillows mark the house. It is warm and inviting!
The garden offers many possibilities to enjoy the wildlife which abounds inthis area. An early morning breakfast watching the sunrise - or an evening making pizzas in the villas wood burning stove. The owner has also added new this year a fully stocked cantina where you can select your favorite wines without even leaving the villa! Here you will find his favorites which you can taste at your leisure.

Villa Cardine is located in an excellent position in the middle of a lovely valley, hardly touched by tourism between the historic town of Arezzo and the ever famous Florence not far away from the delicious little town of Carda. Without even leaving the valley you will find castles, monasteries, art, history and lots of good food. Day trips are easy: Cortona, Siena, Perugia are only a short distance away.
The owner has organized cooking classes for the day or for a great meal at night. You can learn how to make homade pasta and much more. Just ask at the time of reservation and the chef will be waiting for you! The best part about this Tuscan Villa is that the owners have just put in a brand new HEATED pool - making April, September and October great months to enjoy Tuscany! Pets are not allowed in this property!
In the huge garden there is a driving range for golfers and two wholes to practice some golf during your Tuscan holidays. The next real golf course is 20 km distant from the villa. Golf equipment is available at Villa Carda.
The ground floor houses four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private entrances. The main entrance to the villa opens into the first floor and a large living room with fireplace. Next to this space is the dining area which has direct access to a refreshing covered terrace.

A luxurious Wellness-Center - equipped with large panorama windows, maxi-whirlpool, Turkish bath, and shower - is available for the guests of Villa Cardine. Furthermore a large Gazebo with comfortable sofas and chairs is located next to the pool area.
